1. Begin with a "Man on flying Trapeze" (MOFT)
2.: Lindy Loop
2.: Lindy Loop (better stringview)
2. Then swing it again into a "Lindy Loop".
3.: MOFT Brother
 3. Out of the "Lindy Loop" and directly into "MOFT Brother". (Similar to the normal rollercoaster)
4.: MOFT Brother Lindy Loop
 4. Here in the "MOFT Brother" do again a "Lindy Loop".
5.: Double or Nothing (DoN)
 5. Going out again and into the "Double or Nothing" (DoN)
6.: Lindy Loop in the Double or Nothing (DoN) ;-)
 6. Now a "Lindy Loop" in the "Double or Nothing" (DoN)
7.: let the string slip off from the yo-hand finger

8.: and go out with two windmills.
