At first throw a clean sleeper. Put the string over the indexfinger of your free hand, until 1/3 of the string is left over the yo-yo.

go with the throwhand under the yo-yo and put it onto the string.
Yo-Yo Trick Braintwister - 2
Throw the yo-yo with the finger of the throwhand forward, so that the yo-yo does a somersault.
