First, throw a "Breakaway" (stringdirection must be changed !!!).
1.: do a breakaway with changed stringdirection
Then catch it like a "Man on flying Trapeze".
2.: catch it like a MOFT
Now lower the non yo-yo hand a bit and the yo-yo will speed up to your free hand.
So it standed just one night at the non Yo-Yo hand ! Woo-Haa !
 3.: lower your free hand and upper your yo hand a bit
4.: so the yo stands just a bit @ your hand
